I think Norma is a neat name, but I don't see it coming back. The names coming back right now have an almost "victorian" feel you them, you know? Like... If Elizabeth Bennett from Pride and PRejudice hosted a party, I would not be surprised if Sophia, Isabel, Charlotte, and Abigail were in attendence (especially Charlotte, as she was in the book, lol). However, Norma wouldn't be there. It's very much an early 20th century middle class American name in my eyes, and like Barbara and Shirley, for now it is staying out of style.
