I love the meaning. I also love Liliana.

Sofia, hands down!
I love the name Sofia! (especially with this spelling). I think it's so elegant, feminine, and classy. Gorgeous name! :-)
Liliana isn't my style and sometimes seems a bit over-the-top imo. I much prefer the similar Lillian.

Liliana, definitely. It's also a lot popular than Sofia (I know you said you don't care, but there's a difference of about 100 places.)
Liliana also has the cute nickname of Lili, and I much prefer your pronounciation to lily-anna.
But that's just my opinion. If you like Sofia more, I'd go for it! I do prefer the spellings Sophia and Sophie to Sofia, but pick whichever you like best!

I love, love, love Sofia/Sophia- such a gorgeous name. I'd use it in a heartbeat, popular or not, if it weren't already my cousins name :(
Liliana on the other hand is nrms- a bit over the top frilly for me, personally, although I much prefer your prn. to the lily-anna one.
