Sofia, though, is heavily associated with you in my mind, so it's weird to consider another name before it.

But that's just my opinion. If you like Sofia more, I'd go for it! I do prefer the spellings Sophia and Sophie to Sofia, but pick whichever you like best!

I really like Liliana too but I know someone called this and it gets laborious saying it! I think she would end up being Lily or Anna all the time which makes the extra syllables a bit pointless. (unless you make a concentrated effort for this not to happen, or give her another nn)

I love the name Lilianna, spelled Lilyanna. I think the nn Lily or Lile would be much nicer than Sofia. I'm glad you are considering tow nice feminine names, as opposed to something to unusual or unisex.

Liliana on the other hand is nrms- a bit over the top frilly for me, personally, although I much prefer your prn. to the lily-anna one.
