Well, actually Aliisa is the more traditional form here...
.... but today many people prefer names that would work in other countries, too, so Aliisa is considered as more impractical and nationalistic form of Alisa. A bit similar story as with Iida / Ida or Aada / Ada (though by those names is the Finnish variant more common)
