Irish lesson?!

I'm wondering if it would be possible for someone to give a little Irish "lesson" so someone like me can learn how to pronounce all of these beautiful names?! For example, what sound does "mha" make when put together? Things like that.How is this name pronounced? Rúadhnait
Would it be possible for someone to go down the list of some of the more "confusing" spellings and spell it out how it's pronounced?Thanks!
