I once knew a lady from Ireland by this name. She pronounced it SAYR-sha, however, she told me it is also pronounced SEER-sha. I prefer the former pronunciation but that's neither here nor there, is it? ;-)Hope this helps.

Thanks. I really like the name, but... I daren't use it as an American. People butcher even the most phoenetic foreign names here. It's lovely though.
