Rosemary?

I love Rosemary. It's a beautiful name and I like that it has a lot of nickname options (Rose, Rosy/Rosie, Romy, Rory, Mary, etc.).
Rosemary is among my top ten girl names.

I love Rosemary.
It's my name and when I was younger I didn't like it because I thought it was a bit old lady-ish. However, lately many people have complimented me on it. And older names are very much in vogue over here. I now like it and it's nice not to be a Vicky, Nicki, Karen, Sarah, Emma etc just like all the other people my age!
There are also a few nickname options. I get called Ro by my close family and friends, Rose by some colleagues and older family members and Rosie by my old school friends (even though I don't like it) and a few people who just take it upon themselves to call me that. I always introduce myself to people as Rosemary.

I love this name I see it as fresh and youthful, Its Feminine without being cutsey, and strong without losing its beauty.
It would take more than a silly horror film to put me off the name though I do understand the association might make it unattractive to some people :)
One of my childhood freinds was called Rosemary and I associate it more with her than with the film.

I am sorry I wasnt responded to you it was a mistake :{
Even if you had been responding to me your view of the name is just as valid as mine, You have nothing to appologise for. We have all posted our answers in the wrong place at one time or another :)
Yeah, same here.
The name is kind of cursed now.
But if you use it, Rosie's a cute form of it!
