Pronunciation...
I've been seeing a lot of posts about Caroline. I've somehow been sucked into it and I'm becoming very fond of it. But I was wondering how each of you say it. I have a distant family member who says her name like Caro-lyn but I prefer Caro-line, just how it shows. What about you?

How it shows?
The Carolyn pronounciation is the correct one in France and Sweden. Personally I like Carolyn better, it sounds softer.
"You sought a flower and found a fruit. You sought a spring and found a sea. You sought a woman and found a soul. You are disappointed."
"It does not become me to make myself smaller than I am." (Edith Södergran 1891-1923)

I have a bit of a southern accent, so I say it like Kare-o-line. I like that name a lot too. It's really pretty.
