Dorothy Catherine - The 'th's in Dorothy and Catherine sound lispy together. Dorothy Katarina and Dorothy Katrina sound cleaner.
Dorothy Margaret - Beautiful.
Dorothy Eve - The 'ee' sounds run together.
Dorothy Iris - Pretty.
Dorothy Violet - Very nice.
Dorothy Cecilia - Feels very long (though Dorothy Margaret didn't, I know!). How about Dorothy Celia or Dorothy Cécile?
Dorothy Paloma (two three syllable names...I'm not sure I like it) - The number of syllables being the same is fine because they're stressed in different places. I think it's a very nice combo.
