I think Star is not that unusual, though a bit cheap and tacky sounding. Twinkles sounds like a My Little Pony or a Beanie Baby. Some might call it an independence of spirit. Others might call childish and also a bad pun. :)
Segovia is a fairly common Spanish last name, so I don't usually thik of it as a first name. Lake is getting old already.
