I love it, it's on my list! But of course it will be mispronounced. The accent may prompt some people to ask before assuming lee-AD-in or LEE-ad-in, but it'll be a hindrance regardless. It also sounds a lot like "leading" with the end cut short. I'd only use it as a middle name, if at all.

Gorgeous, but would get mispronounced constantly. Sorry, no combos come to mind.
