Re: Theresa.

I have suddenly been a bit in love with Teresa myself (for some reason this spelling much more than Theresa). It used to bore me, although all versions of Teresa used to be on my list because it's kind of a family name, and sometimes it still kind of does. I think it's those darn saints. I have a character I'm quite fond of named Maria Teresa (occasionally "Maite") and since I invented her, I thought through her parents' naming process and fell madly in love with her name. It's so strong and steeped in history and regality. And green, green, green next to Maria's burgundy. (I was thinking of naming her Maria Teresa Katarina, which would put her with three classic names of unsure origin.) Tess is fine, if boring - much better than Teri....I cannot condone Reuben still :( But Ivy Theresa is a great combo, it's very very green and lush and fun.
