I like the 'a-na-STAS-ee-a' pronounciation as well; it's best spelled Anastasia. I don't like Leah Anastasia; the end of the fn and start of the mn are similar vowel sounds, and the mn is too long for the fn.

I like Leah Anastasia. To me, the Anastasia spelling looks more traditional. And I think Leah Anastasia flows well. I don't pronounce the "ah" of Leah and the first "A" of Anastasia the same, so I don't think they run together.
