HelpRe: I haven't had a top 10 in months, so this inspired me

In English it's pronounced loo-el-in. That's how I pronounce it. The Welsh LL sound is quite a chore to do all the time, and since I don't live in Wales I don't think it matters to just pronounce it like an L.
