Love the name Rain for a girl. Such a sweet name, but it also has some spunk to it, which I like. Here are some combo suggestions:Rain Alexandra
Rain Olivia
Rain Elizabeth
Rain Hayley
Rain Samara
Rain Emily
Rain Tabitha
Rain Jessica
Rain Louisa
Rain Liliana
Rain Michaela
Rain Matilda
Rain Celeste

I think that it is very pretty.

I am rather sick of it, especially spelled Raine. I think it would be nicer as a mn if you really want to be nature-ish.

I teach in a school and there's a girl in second grade named Rayne. She has a brother named Mack, which I thought made an unusual sib set. I don't usually like word names, but it is beautiful on her. Their parents are Filipino, so I don't know if that has influenced the name choices at all.

I agree with you. I like it quite a lot. I really hate every other spelling though. And anything like Summer Rain or Winter Rain or Rain Bow or something makes it really, really awful.

I love Rain on a girl [m]I've had it on my list for ages. It's a name I am totally considering for a future child regardless of gender though I slightly prefer no a girl.My old Rain combo was (I had another one but I can't remember it):Rain Sapphira

Summer Rain is nice

Summer Rain is the name of a really sweet, beautiful Burmese cat with sharp teeth I met a couple summers ago. I see it as more of a name for a cat, but it could work on a person too.

I don't like it, it's a relatives name, but to me it sounds like Jane, and also, rain is a bit depressing really, it's rather plain, rain

I dislike word names as well, but Rain has been growing on me (only for a girl though, it's horrid on a boy). However, it's more of a guilty pleasure, I seriously doubt I'd really consider using it.
