Re: Isabelle / Isobel
Honestly, my favorite variant of Isabel is Ysabel, the Spanish version. But out of what you listed, I think Isabel is the best.
Delilah - Reminds me of "Hey There Delilah". It's very... frilly.
Isabelle/ Isobel - Too popular. I liked it before it got overly popular, but now it's kind of like Ashley in the 90's.
Jasmine - Beautiful! Love this :]
Lola - I really don't like it. NMS.
Alice - Love it.James - Love it!
George - Don't like it.
Daniel - My top favorite boy's name.
Leo - It's my sign. Other than that, I really don't like it.
Oliver - Reminds me of kittens and orphan boys. Other than that, nice name.

Ysabel's not Spanish. It's just a silly variant spelling. Isabel's Spanish. Isabela's Spanish. Ysabel is not.

Yes, it very much is. :]It's listed as one of the most popular names used nearly five decades ago in Spain. It originated in Spain, and was very popular in usage in Spain, moreso than Isabel and the rest of it's variants.

Begging your pardon? Here's just one example of its use within a Spanish-speaking community--and not a recent use, either. I'd be happy to find you more references if you require them.http://www.sandiegohistory.org/collections/missions/ysabel.htmArray
