I love Blanche! Although I think this is a word in English that may have a negative meaning? It's elegant,I'd use it as a middle name.

I really like it. It's a more recent like, but I think it has a great charm to it.

I don't care for it. I reminds me of the verb "to blanch" (to pale). I also find the sound of it unflattering. I do like some of the names related to it more, like Bianca and Blanca.
