If you must use matchy names (please don't) Ashley and Aubrey, Avery and Aubrey, Morgan and Jordan, or Morgan and Madison could work.
Taking a name that's currently popular for one sex and using it for the other is really not my style at all. The best combo I can make is Darcy and Shannon.
