Ava
I prefer Eva and oddly enough I don't prefer the English pronunciation.
Ava is definitely my favorite. I prefer the look of it, though I pronounce it "ay-vuh"
It would have to be Iva for me then because in English I adore Eva. It's my all time favourite (but only as a nickname for the glorius Evangeline!)
Eva pro. EE-vah.
Ava
Of the French pronunciations, I like Iva (ee-vah) the best.
Of your pronunciations, I prefer Iva, but I don't much care for any of them. On the whole, -va names don't really do it for me. Too trendy around here.

Ava
Ava. It's beautiful and rare. (and I love Alva, which is very close)
Eva is too overused and religious (where I live anyway - but I do prefer it to the french Ève which is just ugly ;) and Iva doesn't sound nice to me (like the english pronunciation of Eva >.< )
My favorite 3 letter names are Aya and Rei/Ray ^^

Eva - Nms - some time ago there was a Eva-craze at the BTN: in every poll figured Eve, Evangelina, Evie, Eva, Evelyn, Evangeline etc. now I'm pretty sick of it.
Ava - Dislike it, especially with the pronounciation ah-vah (My native pronounciation as well)
Iva - Gorgeous, in Russian it means "willow tree". It was some time even on my PNL.
Of course I prefer Iva!
