I prefer Catherine May for Saint Catherine of Alexandria...plus I think 'K's look clunky. I am not a big fan of Kay, but I do like that you aren't using Katie/Catie/Kate etc. I am also more partial to Mae, 'y's feel clunky to me also, but that is obviously a personal bias.
