Do you say it more like EEE or ELLE at the beginning?

Well that was a lot of help :)I was hoping for a slightly more definitive answer ;)DH prefers that harder one (I guess its between EE/ Eh / Uh-LIE-us) and I still like (ELLE-lee-us) the softer one.Maybe we'll just stick with Eli by itself?

i say it like Elle, but more Uh. Eh, almost Uh is the best way to explain it. It may depend on the local accent. Whereabouts are you from?

It's EEE for me.It's a favorite, unfortunately ~X doesn't like it. A little preppy for me, though.
