my name is Alexandra and my best friend is Alexandria. when we first meet (10 years ago) we both went by Alex. I still go by Alex while Alexandria now goes by Allie. I was looking for a name a while ago that you could use Allie for a nn. I came up with what you have plus Aileen. its a bit of a stretch but it does work.
