Karen
What do you think of Karen? Considering it's popularity it seems outdated, yet it has all the sounds that are currently trendy.

I've never minded the name, but would never consider using it.

It definitely feels a bit musty, but you're right, it does have all the current trendy sounds. I do like it though I always think of carrots. Corinne might be nice alternative (pr KOR-in)

I like Karen. One of my friend's has a sister named Karen, so it would probably never be added to my list, however, I quite like it.

Oh, I've been loving the name Karen for the past few months. I think it's great. It's dropped in popularity, true, but it's still in pretty good use. I'd love to meet a baby Karen.

Karen is kind of cute, and its nice that it isn't popular. The reason it isn't trendy or popular right now is probably that people are swinging away from names that were popular in their youth.

I think it's poised for a comeback, like a lot of names that seemed a little outdated. I include Marjorie and Barbara on that list.

I like the sound of it, though I do think it seems a bit dated. I were to ever use it, it'd be as a middle name and spelled Kaaryn, for honoring purposes.

It's really, really dated and that's all I can think of. The sound also seems rather insubstantial to me.It would be really refreshing to see a baby Karen, though.

Unfortunately, the name Karen is tainted with bad associations for me - my father's insane ex-girlfriend was a Karen and I've met a couple of other nasty ones. But putting that aside, I think think the sound is actually quite pleasant.
