I think it is cute but trendy. My friend Mary named her daughter this. She spelled it Kylee.
I don't like it. It doesn't really have any meaning; it's just a combination of sounds. It sounds cute, I guess, but it's almost too cutesy. Plus, about 99% of girls born lately are named Kylie, Kaylie or Kayla. It'll just blend in with everything else.

To me it's a terrible modern concoction, and it seems it will "date" the child terribly (like all those Shirleys named after Shirley Temple).
