It's too short for me. Maybe as a nn.
Sahar is the best. (i don't like any of them though)

I hate it as it reminds me of gnats. It's only a nickname and preferably a boy's, but okay as a nickname on girls too.
I really like Sahar but don't care for the rest.

Nat is cute but only as a nn. I prefer as a nn for a boy named Nathanael, but we call my cousin Natalie "Nat" all the time.
Shahar sounds the best to me.

I think that Nat is more of a boy nn in my opinion. I heard of a Nat before and it was used on a man.
I like Nat as a nn for Nathaniel (and it's variants), but it's totally masculine for me and I hate when little Natalies, Natalias, etc. get called Nat.
Also, I think Nahar is the nicest because I'm typically not a fan of S/SH names.

Nat sounds like gnat, so I wouldn't use it as a nickname. Maybe just if you're calling them or something, but not as a name they'd be called normally or write down on their paper at school. I think it sounds more like a girl's nickname (like for Natalie). For a boy named Nathan, I'd use Nate for a nn.
None of those names are my style, but I think Nahar is the nicest.
