My gut reaction is a-LEE-sha (since the only ones I've known have said it that way), but a-LEE-see-a is prettier in my mind. I don't see pronunciation being that much of a problem, though it's bound to annoy sometimes.
No stereotypes really, but I think of last years' Student Council president in my school (who is a blonde Alicia) and Alicia Silverstone (who is a blonde Alicia). So blondes come to mind, lol, but it definitely fits someone of any hair color!
I'm a bit dead when it comes to combo making right now, but how about Alicia Willow, Alicia Leila, Alicia Mae?
