I can't really picture a little girl named Robin. Robins are in their thirties now. I think it's cute on a boy though. It reminds me of Christopher Robin. I don't know why I don't associate it with Robin from Batman or Robin Hood. I suppose if I did I wouldn't really like it very much either.Also, Claudia Rowan is lovely, even though I prefer Rowan on a boy. I think it can work on a girl though because it's a tree.

I knowa few Robins who are only in their twenties. And really, I can't picture an adult Zoe, but that doesn't mean they don't exist or that it's somehow wrong to name a girl Zoe because while cute as a child, won't "age well". The little Robin you can't picture would eventually be a thirty-something Robin. (This is one argument against a name I really don't get.)I think it's more dated for a boy, myself, because of the Batman associations. Funny how different things stick in people's minds.

My mother's name was Zoe....and she would be seventy-nine years old now, if she were still alive.

All the Robin's I know are in their twenties as well.
