Blah. I like very few D names, so that would be one of the last letters I'd pick for a theme (not that I ever intend on using a theme!). Douglas, David, and Derek are nice enough separately. The only one that's really bad, imo, is Dreah. Drea could've been tolerable, but Dreah is a little too close to diarrhea or 'dread'. :-/

::Shrug:: I guess it's too late to give up the D theme at this point, although it is excessively cheesy. None of the names are too bad, aside from Dreah, but the only one I particularly like is David.

Ok, I think someone got stuck on D when learning the alphabet and didn't move on! The only names I like are Deanna, David and Michael. Guess they must have learned about the letter M too.

At least there's no Blondina in there. Probably because it doesn't start with d. lol All the names are all right, except Dreah. Diarrhea comes to mind. And dreary.
