Kylie
I know I've asked this question way too many times, but I had to do it again. So, wdyt of Kylie? Its not my favourite name (but in my top 10) but since my DH is Kyle I really feel a strong urge to use it for a potential daughter. Thoughts? I realize it may be considered trendier, but doesn't the reason behind the usuage mitigate that (not that I really care)? Potential combination would be Kylie Loren / Lorin (or Loryn, but that looks like a lot of ys) Georgina. Mns are for family & spelling does matter, so only the E/ I/ Y in Loren could be changed. The "en" would be the last part of my MIL name, the "yn" mine, & the "in" would just be taking my mothers name & adding the n (Lori). I'm leaning towards the Loren to appease my MIL since the mns are so my side, but then again Kyle is her pick. AHH.
Kylie Loren Georgina? Yah or nah, or should I avoid it? I definitely don't want a Kyle, Jr.

Kylie used to be my favorite girl name but now i don't really like it as much.
Kylie Loryn Gerogina sounds nice.
Kylie is cute, but I think a Kyle and a Kylie in the same household would be too confusing. I would prefer Georgina Kylie Loren, or Loren Kylie Georgina.

True, it was most popular girls name in my year level at high school!
Actually I think it tied in first place with Rebecca.

Yup . . .
I can actually do stats for you down there in VIC!
In Victoria (that's one of Australia's states, folks) Kylie was 18th in popularity during the 80s, with 2688 girls named Kylie in that decade in that one state alone. It was even more popular in Australia in the 70s - ranked 5th and with 5242 Kylies born in that state in that decade.

I like Kylie - especially since your dh is named Kyle - very sweet. I'm not into appeasing family members so much - they had their chance when they were bearing children - lol. I like Kylie Georgina without the Loren (which for some reason seems like a male name to me with that spelling - Lauren seems more feminine to me).
