It's weird how name tastes can be so similar! Penelope and Georgia are in my top 3. Lucy and Veronica are in my top ten, and I really like Stella! But, if I had to pick which two names sound best together, I would pick Penelope and Georgia because I think they evoke the same kind of warmth and friendliness. Next pick would my Penelope and Veronica because I like that they are both four syllables and seem balanced.

I love Penelope and would consider using it. I like all of your combos, but I like Penelope & Georgia the best.

From your list, I like Penelope & Stella, but the first sibset that popped into my head was Penelope & Victoria.

I drift towards Penelope and Lucy, but only because Lucy is one of my favourite names.
