Coraline?
I'm a shelver at a library, and as I was shelving a came across a book name Coraline.I've always been partial to Caroline, but I LOVE the name Cora, too.I'm not a big fan of "made up" names, but I think Coraline has a classic quality to it.WDYT?Combos:
Coraline Rosalind
Coraline Adelle
Coraline Giselle

Wow, I just finished reading this book a few days ago! It was very disturbing, but wonderful at the same time. I definitely love the name Coraline. I like it much more than Caroline, and I love the name Cora.

Love love LOVE it!It's a favorite book of mine, by a favorite author; so much so that my daughter's middle name is Coraline!

It's not a "made up" name, it's been in use. I know there have been women from the 1800s/early 1900s named Coraline. I like it a lot. It's not something I'd use, but I definitely like it more than Caroline.

Hmm, I thought it might've been made up as I couldn't find it on any of the naming sites I visit. Thanks for the info. :D

Coraline is a dear name. It has a delicate charm to it that makes it almost fragile. I like it a lot.Coraline Adelle and Coraline Giselle flow the best--my favourite is Coraline Giselle. I love Rosalind, but the combo doesn't have the best flow.
