Irena is lovely, but I slightly prefer Irene, which is so classy.
I always thought Irene was very pretty. Soft and quiet but not weak. I prefer Irina over Irena but I like Irene better than Irina.
I like both just fine. I think I slightly prefer Irena, although if I don't prn it carefully, it comes out sounding like "arena!" ;o)
Irene gives me more of a classic vibe, while Irena seems European to me. As I said, though, I like both fine, and they're quite feminine without being frilly.
