UGH....Sorry.. I think about the "Rugrats" cartoon... with the bratty kid named Angelica.... I've never liked the name since. Plus I've known two or three spoiled rotten high school brats named Angela... so... all of the "angel" names are down the drain to me...Just my opinion.. if it works for you.. go for it...TTFN

Funny you should mention it - I was just thinking about Angelica yesterday. I think it's a classy and beautiful name. The "Rugrats" connotation used to bother me, but over time this objection has receded as my memory of the show has faded. Now, when I hear the name Angelica I think of Italian opera singers or Victorian nobility.

I like Angelica, and love Angel as a nn. I also like Angelina and Angelique.

Personally I like Angela better. Angelica makes me thinkg of (can't believe I'm saying this) The Rugrats. Wow, I haven't watched that show in years and I still remember the characters, lol.

I really like it, though I think combo's with Angelica can be tricky a few I've come up with before have sounded very cutesy - though that maybe be the "Angel" part, I'm not sure.

Angelica is okay, though I'm not fond of the pronunciation "ann jel ih cuh".I much prefer Angélica, pronounced the Spanish way "ahn hel ee cah".Overall, though, Angelia (ahn hel yah), Angelina, and Angeline are prettier imo.

I really like it, even though it reminds me of Angelica from the cartoon "Rugrats!". It's pretty, but I do personally prefer Angelina.

One of my best friends is named Angelica Marie! Personally, I wouldn't use it, but that's just because it's nms and I've never been crazy about names with the word "angel" in them. But it's nice to see on somebody else's kid!
