Between Serenity, Trinity, Destiny, and Felicity, I would choose Felicity every day of the week and twice on Sundays. It's the only one I like.

I don't care for Serenity or Destiny. I'd use one of the following:
Trinity
Felicity
As for middle names:
Trinity Kate
Trinity Beth
Trinity Elise
Trinity Elaina
Trinity Kathryn
Trinity Rose
Trinity Grace
Trinity Faith
Trinity Elizabeth
Trinity Hope
There are SO many. If you could provide more info (number of syl or type of name) we could provide more choices........

I like Serenity best of the four. It's whimsical, unpretentious. A little silly perhaps but I'd consider using it. Calling your child Destiny is too showy, I think, which is ironic because they all seem to end up on Ricki Lake.
Felicity is the most respectable, whatever that means. (Well, it means it's the one I can see in the broadsheets if she were to become Prime Minister.) But most of the time I don't like its sound.
I do like the sound of Trinity but it's a bit faux-religious to me. Someone with a child named Trinity ... I'd assume they were religious but didn't actually know anything about theology. At all. That makes it seem a bit tacky.
Anyway, middle names ... How about ...
Trinity Lucia
Trinity Karina
Trinity Tatiana (Too many T's? I sorta like it)
Trinity Natalia
Trinity Adele
Trinity Odette
Trinity Victoria
