I've been loving Tess, too. At first I worried that it sounded too nicknamey, but now I view it as a little name that packs a lot of punch. One of the reasons I love it so is because of the Katharine Hepburn character in Woman of the Year. Tess Rosemary is beautiful!

I do not believe that Tess and Iris are too close for siblings. They complement each other very well.

Louis Jasper is a wonderful combo, but it depends on the pronunciation of Louis. I'm in love with 'loo-WEE', but not the pronunciation of Lewis. Jasper is a great middle name for Louis and the combo looks very distinguished.

Joel is ok. It's a little too homely for me, and it doesn't fit well with Louis. It's like a clash of styles.
