I love both and right now can't decide which I like better.
I like your combos Claire Evangeline and Claire Isobel. My personal favorite Claire combo is Claire Isadora, and I haven't come up with a good Clara combo yet.

I much prefer Clara.
I like the combo Clara Eloise.
I like the combo Clara Eloise.
Definitely Claire. I hate the sound of Clara and it sounds very unattractive with my harsh accent. Claire has a much softer feminine sound, I think it has a lovely meaning and my best friend's name is Claire. My favourite combo is Claire Evangeline =)
Clare, but I hate the i. Its not needed for any reason other than "decoration". Clare Isobel is nice.
I prefer Clare. It sounds sweeter, and much more down to earth to me.
I prefer Claire / Clare. I like the crisp "clarity" of Clare. Clara (KLAR-uh, to me) sounds so heavy in comparison.
I would love Claire Eloise as a combo. Personally, I would avoid Claire Isobel because it is so close to "clear as a bell." I like Clara Eloise best from your Clara combos. Clara Rose would be lovely, too.

I'm liking Clara more these days. Of your combos, I like Clara Eloise best.
I prefer Claire, and the best combo is Claire Evangeline. However, despite me not personally liking the name, I think Clara Eloise is beautiful.
Clara, please! I think it sounds so much more elegant and more feminine than Claire. Clara Grace is nice but so are Clara Evangeline, Clara Rose and Clara Isobel (How about Clara Isabelle?). Additional Suggestion: Clara Emilia

Claire and Clara are both nice. I can't decide between the two. I hear Claire / Clare a lot, so Clara would be more refreshing.
Claire Isobel is nice. Clara Isobel would be nice too. Though I've just realisied I like that sound because of I know a Karla Isabel who often goes by both names.
Looking at your profile, what about: Claire Gabriella, Claire Loren, Claire Sofia, Clara Imogen, Clara Madeleine, Claire Hannah, Clara Annelise. Others: Claire Arabella, Clara Beatrice, Claire Felicity, Clara Yasmine, Claire Jacinta, Claire Katerina, Clara Amalie.
