I'd pronounce it no-LEEN. Like Noreen but with an L. It's not that bad of a name. I'm not generally a fan of -een/-ene names. I don't like Darlene, Doreen, or Charlene, but Noreen and Maureen aren't too bad. As a feminine form of Nolan though, I like Nola.
