Very unfeminine, although Briar Rose is cute (in a way).

I like it, I like the sound mostly and it's sunstantial enough. Instead of the trendy Brynn names. I don't like the meaning, but since it was sleeping beauty's name that perks the meaning up a bit. It's a gp.

I don't like it. I find BRiar very masculine.

I'd use it as a middlename, but as first name it does sound a little harsh to the ear.

The look, sound and meaning are very unattractive to me, for a girl or a boy.

I like Briar, but I much prefer the spelling Brier on a girl. paired with the right middle name it could be very appealing to me.

Briar is sort of a gp for me, but I really like it! It falls a bit flat on the end, but oh well. There is a guy at my school called Brier, and I like that spelling too.

I don't like it either. It's both an overblown Disney princess name and a thorny/prickly plant to me, so I find it generally unappealing.

It seems too masculine to be a girl's name imo. But it's not awful, I've heard worse.

I love it, I prefer Briar Rose for a girl, and Brier for a boy.

To me, a thistle or a thorn isn't an incredibly attractive thing to name your baby girl after.
