I think they're waay to similar for twins! If you want them to have the same GEM initials, what about Giuliana/Giovanna & Gabriella, Gemma, or some other Italian G name? That way they "match" without being too cutesy.

I'm not very fond of Giovanna Eabha, only because of the double 'A' sound at the end. Perhaps Giovanna Eireen?

Although I don't care for the spelling of Giuliana (I prefer Juliana) I do think this is a cute twin set. Especially sense their initials will spell GEM!
