I like both names, but I like Owen the best. I have Owen Nicholas as a possible combo myself, Nicholas being my husband's name. The ns do kind of run together, but it doesn't bother me that much. I like Oliver Nicholas too. I don't like Seth or Zane at all, and not really Scott either. From your PNL these are my suggestions:
