Both are pretty, but I think that Theodosia is a bit too frilly and extravagant for me. It would be fine for someone else's child though. Thea would be a cute nickname.

I love both, especially Theodosia. If I had to use a Theo- name for a girl that would be it.

Both have images of ancient Greek / Byzantium. Almost any name that transports me back in time is a winner for me. These two do that admirably.

Additionally, Delphine gives me a delicate, French, mademoiselle, Champs Elysee feeling. Oh, la la.

Theodosia has loads of nn potential: Thea, Dosie, Dodie, Tess, Tia, Theda.

I love Delphine! It's one of my favorites...such a beautiful name.

I don't care for Theodosia. It's a bit much for me, personally, although I would be impressed if I met someone with the name. ;)

Delphine is really growing on me. I like it quite a bit. I love Theodora, Dorothea, and Dorothy, so I feel like I should love--or at least like--Theodosia, but I don't. It's just sort of bleah, imo.

I really like Delphine, though I'd probably not use it. Love the meaning of Theodosia, but for personal use I prefer the sound of Theodora. I'd be absolutely delighted to meet either a little Delphine or Theodosia, though. Beautiful names.

I don't like Delphine mainly because Delfin is the Swedish word for dolphin. Theodosia is much nicer but maybe a bit pretentious. I think she would need a nickname :) I like Thea or Theda.

I can't see myself using them, but I think they are mighty fine names for someone else's child. Seeing a BA with either name would be the bee's knees. :)
