I like the name. But that's probably because one of my best friends is named that (and she's a wonderful person; smart, pretty, and artistically gifted).

I love it, very soft and feminine imo

I love Leah. It's one of my favorites.

I like it, it's along the lines of Rachel and Sarah to me. Classic, slightly biblical. Very pretty sounding.I have a friend named Leah, and a friend named Lia (short for Vasilia, they are very Greek. :) )

I absolutely love it. It's been my favorite girl name for nearly 2 years now.

It's sooooooo boring.
Hm. Actually I don't think I've met a Leah. But the pronunciation just makes me want to fall over and roll on the ground. "Ooh, it's SO pretty, I love that! LEE uh!" Give me good old Griselda any day.Believe it or not, I actually know a girl called Leia. Pronounced Lay-uh. No kidding. After the star wars chick. The most fluttery, substanceless, absolutely BORING name imaginable.

Hate it.

Just out of interest, could I ask why?

To start with it just sounds horrible. Secondly it looks horrible, Lia actually looks nicer imo. Finally, I know quite a few annoying Leahs.

I like it a lot, but only with the pronounciation LAY-uh, as in Princess Leia in Star Wars. It's a nice name either way, but I even like the spelling of Leia over Leah

I've always found it a bit plain. Really I prefer it as a nickname for something else.

Simple, well-known, timeless and very pretty, but not frilly. Its a practical name :)

I really like it. I think it's beautiful in a simple way. Soft sounding and sweet. :)

It was on my list, but at the moment I prefer Lea or Lia. I also dislike the meaning...

the meaning is the only thing I like about it.Seriously, the rest of it just sucks.

I love it. It's been in my girls top-5 for long time - Leah is just so beautiful and feminine.
