Julia and Linnea is fine, although they do sound a bit similar to my ears - both with LI and ending in A.
Is Loke a form of Loki? I find the pronunciation counter-intuitive, but then I'm not Swedish :p Balder would be a dreadful name in English.
Hope and Scott is a great sibset! Non-matchy and I like both names :)
