I love Larisa, especially with Lara as the nickname. I loved Larisa for quite a few years until my Greek friend got me hooked on Larissa instead (I had a Greek SO at the time, so it made sense). In the last week I've been thinking about going back to my original plan of using Larisa because it reflects my Slovene heritage better. It is used in Slovenia along with Lara. Larisa was the name to turn me into a name nerd, so I'll be quite sad if I never get to use it. ;-)
