Briar

Briar is one of those really-like-it-but-not-enough-to-probably-ever-use-it names for me. Plus, it's the name of a town near me, which puts me off from using it. I love Linnea, it's definately in the running for me. Briar Linnea is nice.

Briar sounds masculine to me. I don't like it.
I'm sorry to say that I'm biased against the combo because briars were what plagued many a playtime as a child. I remember falling victim to the thorns several times and having to have my mother or grandmother dig them out with tweezers when they were stuck in the skin too deeply. :) Plus, the term 'briar' is a kind of slur where I come from.
As for the combo itself, it has nice flow and Linnea is a decent enough name.

Kind of themey, but it's cute other than that.
