HelpRe: What are your fave full names for these nicknames?

Ella: Elena
Lily: Lillia
Lia: From the ones you mentioned, I'd go with Callia. My favourite full name for Lia is Aurelia but I understand that most people don't put the emphasis on the LIA part like I do and would probably see it as a bit of a stretch.
Emmy: I prefer Emmy spelt Emi as I love its meaning in Japanese and find it a bit more interesting and unusual. My favourite is Emmeline since its high on my list of favourites for a girl. Emeia looks great, too. I've never seen that before =)
