I don't really like Antonia, it is too much like Anthony. Though as a mn, it's okay. Geneva Antonia is okay, but you could find a better mn.

Antonia's beautiful, I really like it. I don't think it works very well with Geneva - which I'm not all that fond of. Antonia would do much better as a fn.

Antonia is stunning, and I never think "Anthony" when I hear it, just as I never hear Joseph in Josephine.

Geneva Antonia is not for me, partly because I don't like Geneva that much as a name, and also the a's run into eachother. I dislike combos like Ava Amelia or Jessica Ann because of the strange transition from one a to another lol. Besides, Antonia would make a great fn :)

Antonia is nice. I'm not sure that Geneva really goes with it.
