I really don't like this name, due to the fact it is unisex. For a girl I'd much prefer Audrey. I think it might be hard being a young boy with the name Aubrey, because teachers could easily mispronounce it Audrey, and the kid would be made fun of. Personally, I would never use it for a child's name, but I know many people do.
