I think they go well together.

I love Leah. Katie just strikes me as boring.

Katie and Leah go together just fine. They are both short, sweet, and well known. I'm so glad they were not cutesy names :)

I think twin's names don't have to 'go together' but Katie and Leah are both nice names.

Is Katie a nickname for Katherine? If so, it sounds fine with Leah. It not, it doesn't sound fine with anything.

I like Katherine and Katelyn which Katie could be short for. Leah is kind of bland to me but not a horrible name. It is ok.

I think they compliment each other fairly well. Both names aren't my favourite in the whole world. Katie's pretty but fairly commonplace (I'd prefer Kate); and Leah's OK.

I like the name Leah a lot, but Katie is just gross. Sticky sickly-sweet and cutesy.

I don't think they go together much. Katie is cute but pretty. Leah is more sensible sounding, and somehow doesn't conjure up quite the pretty image for me. Maybe that's because the Biblical Leah was ugly. It's still not the worst twinset out there!
