1. I love Francis, but I don't really care for any nns for it on a boy. However, I love Frances nn Frankie on a girl. I don't really have any stereotypes that come to mind, though.

3. I'd say it sounds kind of "soft," but I wouldn't go as far as to say that it's "weak."
