Well, I don't usually pick out combo's. I just have a small list of middle names that I want to use and basically pair them with my favorites of the moment. But ok right now my favorite combo's are:

Boy: Thomas Mitchell
Girl: Isabel Tamara or Isabel Maria

I like Thomas on a twin only because of the meaning.

Isabel Maria looks Hispanic to me (Not anything bad about that though, I'm just saying).

I prefer Isabelle to Isabel.

I didn't use to like Tamara, but I've started to.
Isabel Tamara and Isabel Maria are both wonderful.

Thomas Mitchell has a nice ring to it, I like the flow.
Isabel Maria is a beautiful name.
